About Gizella
I understand business from the inside.
My career began in sales, and in many ways, sales has remained a constant throughout my working life.

My commercial foundation
For more than two decades, I worked in and around sales, customer relationships, business development and leadership. Much of my corporate career was spent within the ISO standards, certification and professional training sector, working with organisations across a wide range of industries.
I became one of the top-performing training salespeople across the Middle East and Africa before progressing into team leadership and sales management.
That environment taught me far more than how to sell. It taught me how to understand people, ask the right questions, build trust and recognise what needs to happen before a buyer is ready to move forwards.
The creative work
The creative work developed alongside it.
My interest in websites and branding began in the early 2000s.
It started as a side venture alongside my corporate career, driven by a desire to help businesses present themselves more clearly and professionally. I became fascinated by the relationship between what a business offers, how it communicates that value and how customers respond to it.
I was never interested in design for appearance alone. I wanted to understand whether the message made sense, whether the customer could see the value and whether the business behind the brand could deliver what it promised.
Over time, the commercial and creative sides of my experience naturally began to connect.
The consultancy
Building something of my own.
Eventually, I reached a point where I had outgrown the corporate environment.
I did not leave with a perfectly mapped plan to launch a consultancy. The business evolved unexpectedly as people began asking for my help and recommending me to others.
Almost all my clients have come through referrals.
What began with individual branding, website and marketing projects gradually developed into broader business support.
Today, I help businesses address the gaps between how they operate, how they communicate and how their customers experience them.
Why my experience matters
The advantage of real-world business experience.
I do not approach a website, brand or marketing brief as an isolated creative project.
My experience allows me to see the commercial reality behind the request. I understand buyer behaviour, sales conversations, customer expectations, internal processes and the everyday pressures involved in running a business.
That means I can often recognise when the requested solution is not the complete solution.
A website problem may begin with unclear positioning. A marketing problem may be caused by a disjointed customer journey. A customer-service issue may point to a process that no longer supports the way the business has grown.
My role is to find those connections and help turn them into practical improvements.
How I work
Candid, curious and practical.
I ask questions, notice inconsistencies and look beyond the most obvious symptom.
I am candid when something is not working, collaborative when finding the answer and practical about what can realistically be implemented.
I do not believe in producing strategies that gather dust or creative work that looks impressive but serves no clear purpose. The work must make sense for the business, connect with the right people and support what needs to happen next.
Let’s make sense of what is getting in the way.
If something in your business feels unclear, disconnected or less effective than it should, let’s identify the real problem and decide what needs to happen next.
